We are comprised of diverse member businesses and organizations who invest in the community to improve the economic, civic, and cultural well-being of the Fort Atkinson area. We are a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization that represents member businesses large and small in industry and manufacturing, restaraunts and retail, professional services, lodging, non-profits, financial and education institutions and everything in between.

Why Join Our Chamber?
By supporting the Chamber of Commerce, you are publicly stating you support local businesses and are active in the community. Chamber investors are generally perceived as the most reputable and socially responsible members of the business community.
The Fort Atkinson Chamber hosts many "Business After Hours" events at different host sites throughout the year. These events are great opportunities to meet like-minded business folks in our community, and are a free benefit to our members.
When you join the Chamber, there are multiple immediate new member benefits you can take advantage of, including a plaque presentation, a press release and inclusion on our social media channels and newsletter. Reach out to Alli for more questions about the new member perks.
Being a Chamber member means your business is included in our directory. Every year thousands of folks use our directory to find contact information for local businesses. Inclusion in the directory is included in your membership cost.
We send out two newsletters per week, and being a Chamber member means you can include your event flyers for free in our Tuesday newsletter. We also have some paid email options as well if you want a dedicated email to our membership and email lists. Reach out to Logan for more information on paid e-blasts.
Being a Chamber member is a great way to increase your visibility in the community. We frequently share updates from our members on social media, and collaborate with our members to highlight what they're doing in the community.

Logan is responsible for social media and marketing for the Chamber. Additionally, he is responsible for Explore Fort Atkinson, the city's tourism entity.

No, the Fort Chamber is a 501c6 organization and is entirely independent from the City of Fort Atkinson government. While we do have a great working relationship and partner with them for programs and events, the Chamber itself is NOT a department of the City Government. If you are looking to contact the Municipal Building, you can reach them at 920-397-9901.
Fort Atkinson has many great hotel options if you are planning a stay. You can find a list of hotels and places to stay here.
Chamber Bucks are a great way to support and buy local. Chamber Bucks effectively work as a check that can be spent at most Chamber member businesses. They can be ordered through our website, or by calling the Chamber during our normal operating hours. (10am-3pm on weekdays)

Due to MLS law, the Chamber cannot maintain an up-to-date list of all available rentals, houses, or commercial properties. Your best bet to determine available properties would be to reach out to one of our local realtors who can assist you in determining your options.
The Chamber does not maintain a list of apartments with vacancies as well.
